1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup kale
1 1/2 cup water or non-dairy milk (almond or coconut milk)
1/2 cup strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or any berry of your choice, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon flax meal
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until creamy and smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
