My story in a nutshell...… I grew up in Sydney, Australia and was always a ‘dreamer’. I left home at 22 and moved to London for 7 unintended years! I returned home briefly to Sydney in 2009 before succumbing to the pull of London in 2010, where I have been ever since. I was a high-flying corporate lady who had passion for the great glass ceiling.
I climbed the corporate ladder quickly in my 20’s but had a health wake up call in my 30’s when I realised I had adrenal fatigue and had done for years. I vowed to escape. After 15 years it took a little while to untie myself from the corporate ladder. During such time, I retrained as a yoga teacher, health coach and life and business coach. In 2016, I set my own coaching company and finally got to bid farewell to the corporate world in August 2016 and haven’t looked back since.
First job: I worked in a supermarket age 15, after school and during holidays. My first real full-time job was then at a law firm.
Current job: running my online coaching business
Dream job: my online coaching business which would include more client intensives and day-long workshops.
Career high: leaving my corporate job to go full time in my business

What does your perfect day look like?
Morning routine (so meditation, visualization, affirmations, followed by a run outdoors), breakfast at my favourite cafe in Putney, holding a client intensive at a luxury 5-star hotel, finishing the day by dinner with my husband.
What is your daily routine from when you wake up to bedtime? I get up around 6am to do my morning routine, followed by a run, back home to shower, have breakfast and be at my computer at 9am. From 9-12 I’m responding to emails, social media and work on marketing content if I am not coaching. I try and take a 5-minute break every hour. Lunch is always from 12-1pm. Back to work from 1-4.30pm when I coach or building out the business. 4.30-5pm is for wrapping things up and planning the day for tomorrow. At 5.30 I take a hot yoga class and then 7-8pm is dinner with my husband. At 8pm I take an epsom salt bath before reading from 9-9.30pm.
