Natural Remedies for Enlarged Pores
Enlarged pores can be really irritating. You seem to do everything in your power to prevent them, but they still turn up on your body and don’t seem to want to go away. Ground Orange Dry Peel and Ground Almonds
Grind a dry orange peel and some almonds. Make a paste and scrub. This will exfoliate, cleanse and moisturize your skin.
Mix a couple of tablespoons of baking soda with 2 ounces of water. Apply this on your pores and massage gently. Rinse it off with cold water after a few minutes. You can do this 5 times a week for a couple of months. Baking soda’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties will shrink your pores and get rid of the excess oil and impurities in your skin.
Take a lemon wedge and add some sugar to it. Dab the lemon wedge on the affected areas. Leave this for a few minutes and rinse with cold water. This is very good for exfoliating the skin and removing dirt and impurities.
Apply some natural, unflavored and unsweetened yogurt to the affected areas. Leave it for 8 to 10 minutes and rinse with cold water. With consistent application for a few weeks, you will find that yogurt minimizes your pores as well as cleans and removes unwanted skin cells.
Cucumber juice, rose water and lemon juice mix
Take 1 cup of rose water and a half a cup of freshly juiced cucumber juice. Mix this with 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to the affected areas. This will cleanse the pores and shrink them with consistent application.
Take one tablespoon of honey and milk and two tablespoons of Fuller’s earth. Mix thoroughly. Apply this to the affected area. Wait for 30 minutes or so and rinse with cold water. This is very nourishing for the skin and will shrink your pores.
Sea Salt and Butter
Add some sea salt to butter, mix well and apply it on the affected areas. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water. This helps to shrink pores.
