Warm Seed Mush

Breakfast! We’ve grown accustomed to having warm porridge for breakfast, consisting of oats, warm milk, some fruits and maybe honey to sweeten. Or if you’re in Egypt, “bileela” or “3ashoura” are the porridge equivalents.
What most people don’t know is that all of these traditional breakfasts are made from grains that are either full of gluten or might be contaminated with gluten. And gluten is a protein our bodies can’t digest. And in all cases, these grains raise blood sugar levels, which can lead to a host of problems including weight gain; low energy; allergies; diabetes and skin issues.
Instead, treat yourself to this Warm Seed “Mush”–one of the breakfast options in the FREE 5 Day Empowered Beauty Challenge that starts Mar. 25! Download your free guide here!
